Оценка Ñ‚ÑжеÑти повреждений печени традиционно проводитÑÑ Ð½Ð° оÑновании шкалы ÐмериканÑкой аÑÑоциации хирургии повреждении (AAST). Однако, при определении оптимальной тактики Ð»ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ…Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ учитывать гемодинамичеÑкий ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÑƒÑ Ð¿Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð° и Ñочетанные повреждениÑ. Таким образом, лечение травм печени в конечном Ñчете оÑновано на анатомии Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ физиологии пациента.
