Травма таза: клаÑÑÐ¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ клиничеÑкие рекомендации Ð’Ñемирного общеÑтва неотложной хирургии WSES
Сложные травмы таза отноÑÑÑ‚ÑÑ Ðº наиболее опаÑным и жизнеугрожающим повреждениÑм, возникающим при травмах. СущеÑтвуют многочиÑленные клаÑÑификации, некоторые из которых оÑнованы на механизме повреждениÑ, некоторые – на морфологии повреждений, а некоторые ÑфокуÑированы на нарушении механичеÑкой ÑтабильноÑти, требующей хирургичеÑкой фикÑации. Тем не менее, Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° Ð»ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ð»Ð¶Ð½Ð° учитывать гемодинамичеÑкий ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÑƒÑ Ð¿Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°, анатомичеÑкое нарушение функции тазового кольца и наличие Ñочетанных повреждений. Лечение пациентов Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¼Ð¾Ð¹ таза направлено на окончательное воÑÑтановление гомеоÑтаза и нормальной патофизиологии, ÑвÑзанной Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ…Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой ÑтабильноÑтью тазового кольца. Следовательно, лечение повреждений таза должно быть оÑновано на мультидиÑциплинарном подходе и, в конечном Ñчете, на физиологии пациента и анатомии повреждениÑ. Ð’ данной Ñтатье предÑтавлена клаÑÑÐ¸Ñ„Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ таза и клиничеÑкие рекомендации, разработанные Ð’Ñемирным общеÑтвом неотложной хирургии WSES.
